Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in Your Choice™. By completing your enrollment and payment, you agree to the following.
1. Program Overview
Your Choice™ is a live, online personal development program delivered by Jacqueline Leach. It includes live teaching, demonstrations, pair work, guided scripts, a digital workbook, community access, post-event recordings, and optional companion materials.
This program is designed to support emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
It is not psychological counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional care.
2. Eligibility & Personal Responsibility
By enrolling in Your Choice™, you confirm that:
- You are emotionally stable enough to participate in self-development activities.
- You take full responsibility for your wellbeing during and after the program.
- You understand the program works with unconscious beliefs, and results vary for each person.
- You are not enrolling on behalf of another person without their knowledge or consent.
If you have a mental health condition, are currently under psychological care or taking prescription medication, or have concerns about your emotional safety, you agree to seek professional advice before participating.
3. No Therapeutic Relationship
Enrolment in Your Choice™ does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or mental health treatment relationship.
All methods used are coaching-based and educational in nature.
4. Payment, Instalments & Guarantee
4.1 Payment Terms
You agree to the full program fee upon enrolment:
- Single enrolment
- or two instalments
- or five instalments (when offered)
Failure to complete instalments may result in removal from Your Choice™ and community access.
4.2 Money-Back Guarantee
Your Choice™ is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you change your mind within 30 days of payment, email jacqueline@jacquelineleach.com and your payment will be refunded.
After 30 days, all payments become final.
5. Access & Participation Requirements
To participate fully in Your Choice™, you must have:
- A stable internet connection
- A private space for pair work
- A device capable of running Zoom
- Camera and audio for interactive segments
Cameras may remain off during teaching, but must be on during pair work for safety and effectiveness.
6. Community Conduct
You agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality of all shared stories and personal information
- Treat all participants with respect
- Avoid judgement, criticism, or inappropriate behaviour
- Not coach, diagnose, or advise others beyond program instruction
Any behaviour that is harmful, disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate may result in removal from Your Choice™ and its community without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The Your Choice™ program includes materials, processes and techniques that are licensed for use by Jacqueline Leach for the purpose of delivering this training.
All scripts, demonstrations, workbook content, processes, teachings, recordings and community resources are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
You are granted personal access only.
You may use these materials solely for your own growth and development.
You may not copy, share, teach, reproduce, record, distribute, publish or repurpose any part of the Your Choice™ program for commercial, professional, coaching, therapeutic or training use without written permission from Jacqueline Leach and/or the original IP owner.
8. Recordings & Promotional Use
By enrolling in Your Choice™, you understand that:
- The training sessions may be recorded for educational, promotional, or advertising purposes
- Your image, voice, comments, or participation may appear in recordings
- You grant Jacqueline Leach permission to use these recordings for marketing, social media, testimonials, or training materials
- You may keep your camera off during teaching if preferred
- You may request your breakout room footage not be used publicly (email: jacqueline@jacquelineleach.com)
No sensitive personal details shared in pair work will ever be used for promotional material.
9. Privacy & Data Protection (Australia)
Your personal information is handled in accordance with:
- Australian Privacy Act 1988
- Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
- NSW Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998
Your details will not be sold or shared with third parties.
They may be used only for:
- Program access
- Payment processing
- Customer service
- Community engagement
- Program updates
- Legally required reporting (if applicable)
10. Technology Issues
If you experience internet, device, or software issues, Jacqueline Leach is not responsible for:
- Connection failures
- Device malfunctions
- Inability to access Your Choice™ recordings or live sessions due to personal technology issues
Recordings are provided to support participants who miss sessions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Australian and NSW law:
- You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
- Jacqueline Leach is not liable for any physical, emotional, mental, or financial outcomes resulting from participation
- No guarantee is made regarding specific results, outcomes, or life changes
- You release Jacqueline Leach from any liability for your personal use of the information, scripts, or processes taught in Your Choice™
This program provides tools that support change. How you apply them is your responsibility.
12. Changes, Updates & Cancellations
Jacqueline Leach may modify session times, delivery methods, bonuses, or community structures if required for quality or safety.
Participants will be notified of any changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by:
- The laws of New South Wales
- The laws of Australia
Any disputes will be resolved under NSW jurisdiction.
14. Agreement
By completing your enrolment, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- You are participating willingly
- You accept all sections of this agreement
